Privacy Policy
How Eligiara, a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC, collects, uses, and protects your information, including mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data (never shared for marketing).
We take your privacy seriously. In short: we gather only what we need, we never sell it, and we do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
§1Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Eligiara, a brand of The Nelson M Group LLC ("Eligiara," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit eligiara.com (the "Site"), send in a form, enroll in email or text-message updates, or reach out to us (together, the "Services"). Eligiara is an information service that publishes plain-language educational content about how clinical research works, how to read a study listing, what informed consent means, and which inquiries to ask a study team, and lets visitors opt in to related updates by email or text. Eligiara is not a medical provider, research sponsor, study site, or recruiter and does not offer financial, legal, or tax advice. Whether to take part in any research is always your own decision, made with your doctor.
By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy. If you disagree with it, please stop using the Services.
