What does Eligiara do?
A free reading site from The Nelson M Group LLC. Eligiara walks through clinical trial information in everyday words, with no sign-up needed to read.
Do I have to agree to texts?
No. Texts are optional, with one unchecked box. You can sign up without ticking it.
Do you share my details with sponsors or research sites?
No. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with study sponsors, research sites, recruiters, lead buyers or other partners. For the details, read the Privacy Policy.
Will a research site contact me because I signed up here?
No. We never pass your details to sites, sponsors or recruiters.
Why do studies exclude some people?
Usually to keep the question being asked clear, or for safety reasons set by the study design. The lessons explain the common reasons.
What if I want the texts to end?
Send STOP in reply to any message and texts end. Reply HELP for help, or write to [email protected].
Where do I go with a health concern?
To your own doctor, not to us. If it feels urgent, call 911.
Can Eligiara tell me if I qualify?
No. Only a study team can assess eligibility. We explain how criteria are written so you can read them with more confidence.
Is Eligiara a medical provider, study team or recruiter?
No. Eligiara does not act for any sponsor, hospital or research site, and the guides should not be read as medical, legal or financial advice.
Will you tell me if a study is safe?
No. We cannot judge any particular study. We explain what safeguards usually exist and what to ask the study team.
How do I unsubscribe or have my data deleted?
Write to [email protected] or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
What happens after I sign up?
Plain-language educational information on the topic you choose, by email if you give one. If you opt in to texts, you also get short texts pointing to the same guides.
How often will you text me?
Expect up to roughly 8 texts a month; message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
Which fields are required?
No. Your email address, mobile number and ZIP code are all optional. A first name, a last name, your topic and the privacy agreement are all we need.
